Joe Finsterwald has 25 years in enterprise tech and security. As CTO of First Republic Bank, he migrated core systems to AWS and launched a full FFIEC CAT program. Earlier he founded Gradifi, built its security stack, and steered its sale to E*TRADE. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MSE from Brandeis University. Joe is a U.S. Navy veteran based in Boston.

Sergey is a seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering impactful technology solutions across public and private sectors. He currently leads engineering initiatives at Vestwell, focusing on system performance, security, and scalability while mentoring teams and aligning technical efforts with business goals. Previously, at Morgan Stanley (Gradifi Solutions), he played a key role in developing fintech platforms that enhanced financial wellness programs. Known for his ability to bridge technical and business domains, Sergey brings a strategic, collaborative approach to complex problem-solving.
